Here2Help was born during a casual coffee shop conversation between Hashir and Helmi — two friends from very different sides of the maid services experience. Helmi, like many others in Dubai, was frustrated after trying several maid service companies that failed to deliver on consistency, professionalism, and reliability. Late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, and unmet expectations were all too common. As he vented about these challenges, Hashir — already running a successful cleaning business in another emirate — listened intently. He recognized every pain point. While Helmi was living the problem, Hashir had been solving similar ones for years.

And that’s when it clicked.
